Current Positions:
Senior Project Manager (NY or SF office)
The firm is seeking an experienced (5-10 years of relevant experience) individual to work in its project management group in the execution of fund placement transactions.
Responsibilities
• Direct and substantial interaction with sales and project management teams and clients
• Preparation of offering and diligence materials
• Conduct research and diligence efforts
• Advise fund sponsors regarding business and fundraising strategies
• Liaise between sales team and clients over extended fund raising cycle
Qualifications
• Five to ten years in an investment banking or professional services firm offering pertinent experience
• College degree and a distinguished academic background. Post graduate degree preferred, but not required
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Very strong communication skills and writing ability
• Ability to work independently, and to lead a cohesive deal team
Associate (SF office)
The firm is seeking an individual (1-3 years of relevant investment banking experience) to work in its project management group in the execution of fund placement transactions.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the execution of fund raising and secondary transactions
• Assist in the preparation of offering and diligence materials
• Conduct research and diligence efforts
• Assist in the coordination of road shows
• Liaise between sales team and clients over extended fund raising cycle
Qualifications
• One to three years in an investment banking or professional services firm offering pertinent experience
• College degree and a distinguished academic background. Post graduate degree preferred, but not required
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Very strong communication skills and writing ability
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a cohesive deal team
