Each year, we meet with and review hundreds of fund sponsors who seek our assistance; however, we only raise capital for a few of the most established or promising emerging fund sponsors.

Additionally, we work with established sponsors on building either a “Separate Account” relationship or assembling a select group of institutional investors in a “Club Deal” format in lieu of a traditional fund structure.

In selecting these high-caliber funds and sponsors, we are constantly assessing forward market opportunities and seeking feedback from our global institutional investor base on their current and future portfolio needs. Ultimately, we select only those real asset fund sponsors that represent the best performance prospects for investors based on strategy, team, and favorable market opportunities.
