Sumit has more than nine years of industry experience and is responsible for Probitas Partners' relationship management activities. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Sumit was an associate at The Blackstone Group. At Blackstone, Sumit was responsible for raising capital from institutional and high net worth investors for the firm’s various fund activities. Prior to that, Sumit worked in the marketing and client relations group at Oaktree Capital Management, where he focused on raising capital for the firm’s private equity, distressed debt and marketable securities funds. He earned a BA in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
