Reidan has more than fourteen years of industry experience and is responsible for Probitas Partners' relationship management activities. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Reidan served as a Vice President in Merrill Lynch's Private Equity Group, where he was responsible for maintaining key investor relationships as well as facilitating the global fundraising process for select general partners. Before joining the Private Equity Group, Reidan was Assistant Vice President in Merrill Lynch's Capital Markets Product Development Group, responsible for creating and marketing real estate and hedge fund products. Reidan began his career in JP Morgan's Emerging Markets Operations and Technology Group. He earned a BBA from Hofstra University and an MBA from Pace University.
