Jonathan has more than fifteen years of industry experience and is responsible for Probitas Partners’ relationship management activities. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Jonathan was a Managing Director in the Private Placement Group at Rothschild Inc. The Private Placement Group was responsible for the origination and execution of equity-linked, equity and senior debt mandates in both the United States and Europe. Jonathan was also actively involved in Rothschild Inc.’s financial sponsor calling program both as point person for private capital raising issues and coordinating overall relationships. Prior to joining Rothschild, Jonathan was a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston in the Private Placement Group. Jonathan began his career in the real estate groups at J.P. Morgan & Co. Incorporated and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated. Jonathan earned a BA in Political Science from Bates College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
