Chris Jackson has over sixteen years of experience in the alternative investment industry and is the head of hedge fund origination for Probitas Partners. Prior to joining Probitas Partners Chris was the founder of Mirror Lake Capital, LLC, which focused on the placement of alternative investments. Prior to Mirror Lake, Chris served as the Director of Alternative Investments of Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC for eight years. Chris was also the co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of MidAm Private Trust, NA and started his career as an investment consultant with Consulting Services Group, LP. He has published a number of articles on topics including hedge funds, distressed, private equity and emerging markets investing. Chris graduated magna cum laude with honors from Washington and Lee University with a BA in Philosophy where he was the recipient of the Edwin Dodd Award for distinguished research.
