Adam is currently a senior consultant to Probitas Partners and is a Partner with Etico Capital, a merchant bank focused on raising equity capital for small cap growth-oriented companies. Adam had been a Partner at Probitas Partners. Before Probitas Partners, Adam served as Deputy Head of U.S. Equity Capital Markets at UBS. Prior to joining UBS, Adam spent seven years in Mergers and Acquisitions at Bankers Trust Company before co-founding their Strategic Equity Derivatives Group. Adam has a BA in Economics from Brandeis University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
